Frequently Asked Questions

More frequently asked questions about out wholesale printing can be found in the digital, vinyl and screen printing areas.

We want every customer to be happy.  If you have any ordering questions, please review the following questions and answers.  If you can't find an answer to your question, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

When you begin the checkout process, you'll be presented with two options. 

  • First, you can use the PayPal express checkout option.  After logging into PayPal, your shipping and billing information will be automatically entered into your account. 
  • If you are not a PayPal account holder, you can proceed with our standard checkout by paying with Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. 

How soon will my partner shop order ship?

To offer the widest range of styles, colors and sizes, each item is custom printed to your specifications after your order is placed.  That said, most items are shipped within 2-8 business days depending on the timing of your order with our warehouse deliveries.  If a particular size or color is temporarily unavailable at our distributor, we'll contact you asap to suggest an alternative (or confirm that you would like to wait for your original selected item).  Occasionally, we'll offer a limited edition preorder item.  Details on when these items will be printed and shipped will be detailed in the item description.

How are partner shop orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Shipments to US addresses are sent via Priority Mail.  International orders are sent either via Global Priority Mail or USPS Airmail depending on the weight of the package.

Can I track my partner shop shipment?

USPS Priority Mail provides "delivery confirmation", but not real time package tracking.

Can I return or exchange items purchased from a partner shop?

Since each item is custom printed for your order, we do not accept returns.  We check every item for defects from the manufacturer.  If you happen to receive an item with a defect, please click on the "contact us" link above to arrange for an exchange. We are not responsible for any item returned to us without an RMA number.

I don't have a design, can you help with my wholesale order?
If you are having trouble designing an image or logo for printing, we can work with you to digitize your ideas.  We offer complete design packages for any size organization.  Electronic versions of new artwork remain the property of Paw Media unless otherwise specified in quote or contract.
How many colors can I have in my design?
We offer 4 different print methods to cover all of your printing needs.  We have economical solutions for 1 color to full color for orders ranging from 1 to 20,000 shirts.
What kind of wholesale t-shirts do you offer?
We offer over 1000 printable items for screen printing and vinyl printing including t-shirts in over 60 colors.  You can even have your design printed on tye-dyed shirts!  Please note that our low cost, full color digital printing process requires white (or light color) t-shirts.
Are there any special washing instructions for shirts printed with the digital print process?
As with all printed garments, we recommend:
  • No bleach.
  • If possible, wash items inside out in cold water.
  • Although we do everything can can to remove lint before printing, occasional small voids in the print are unavoidable.
What t-shirt sizes are available for wholesale printing?
We carry sizes from infant 6 month through adult 6XL.
What form of payment is accepted for wholesale orders?
For small orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

     

We also offer credit terms to established accounts. All sales of custom printed merchandise are final.  Color matched sample proofs are available before printing begins for a small fee.  If colors and layout are important to you, please ask about this option.  We are not responsible for custom prints that do not have an approved sample.  A cancellation fee may apply to any order cancelled after supplies have been acquired.

What is your return policy?
All sales of custom printed merchandise are final. This includes both wholesale orders and retail items from our partner shops that are printed on-demand as your order is placed. Items with a manufacturers defect may be returned for an exact exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Can you rush a wholesale order?
Yes!  Please specify your required delivery date when placing an order.
How will my wholesale order be shipped?

Wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service or motor freight.  You should allow for up to 8 ground shipping days to save on your order.  If you need faster shipping, please let us know when placing your order.  If signature delivery service is required at your location, please let us know - we are not responsible for packages left at your door or shipping carriers that do not achieve their service level agreement.
